We feel that this space is for everyone to share ideas in a manner that is respectful and everyone is treated as equal stakeholder. This is because of our belief that all of us (i.e., those born in the late 1970's to the mid 1980's) have been misidentified, our unique characteristic have been ignored, and we are stereotyped based upon misinformation. This is why we created the XOP: to Redefine ourselves.

About Us
The XOP consists of mainly two contributors: Robert ("Bobby Rox") Roxburgh, and Raymond ("Remy") Carreiro. Both individuals are in their early to mid 40's who became friends after working together in a residential facility for young men. Both have a love for music, and in 2011 they had the privilege of sharing with love of music as guests on the "Where you Been?" Radio show on 91.5 WBIM, hosted by Patrick McDonough (aka, "DJ Bean"). When the show concluded in 2013 it was a desire to continue to collaborate in the future. However, life had other plans for all of us; Bobby Rox went to Graduate School, Remy became a freelance writer and artist, and Pat went to school for Radiological Technology. In 2014 Pat was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, and although he fought courageously he succumbed to his cancer in 2017. Five years later, Bobby Rox reached out to Remy to collaborate on a podcast focused on our interests. It was also a way to keep Pat's legacy alive.
